Honor: high respect, as for worth, merit, or rank: to be held in honor

Lauryn: i think honor is showing the utmost respect for those around us, and recognizing others for their goals or accomplishments. :)

Mikki: I think honor is showing respect and giving that respect to those who have earned it in thier achievments.

Scriptures on honor:

1. Psalm 21:5 (Whole Chapter) Your victory brings him great honor,and you have clothed him with splendor and majesty.

2. Proverbs 14:31 (Whole Chapter) Those who oppress the poor insult their Maker,but helping the poor honors him

3. Proverbs 29:23 (Whole Chapter) Pride ends in humiliation,while humility brings honor.

4. Isaiah 25:1 (Whole Chapter) [ Praise for Judgment and Salvation ] O Lord, I will honor and praise your name,for you are my God.You do such wonderful things!You planned them long ago,and now you have accomplished them.
